Engineering focuses on production stampings, forming and assembly parts,
including welding assemblies, used in various industries and applications. To better
control processing, we utilize our in-house tooling capabilities to design and build our
tools, dies, and support fixtures used throughout our manufacturing and assembly
processes. By internally controlling the design and build of our dies, tools and
fixturing, we can better control the planning and development of processes required to
ensure exceptional quality and service for our customers. Yarema Die and Engineering has the expertise and
experience to provide a wide range of dies, including progressive, line, transfer,
fine-blanking, multi-operational, and fourslide, for most types and thicknesses of
material.
Production Capabilities
Yarema Die and Engineering has the capabilities to manufacture low,
medium, and high volumes of metal stampings and assemblies, as well as fourslide,
roll-form and fine blanking products.
Welding Capabilities
Yarema Die and Engineering offers high-tech robotics production welding
and assembly applications including Laser, MIG, TIG, Projection and Spot welding
technologies. Prototype and production welding and pilot-body-in-white welding are two
more operations we use to take the total process management approach to reduce error, save
time, and eliminate waste.

Communications
An important part of our business is maintaining the ability to continually improve
communications with our customers. Our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system allows us
to communicate daily with customers to accurately track delivery, quality, production, and
other job-related issues. At Yarema, satisfying and exceeding the needs of our customers

This customer-driven system lets us partner with you on your production schedule needs. On
a daily basis, you can communicate with us regarding quantities required for the day and
reduce your weekly inventory requirements. |
