Yarema can create a part from a concept, or redesign your existing concept, and take it through the research, development and build of prototype or production parts. Die Design & Build
Yarema maintains full in-house design and build capabilities for progressive stamping dies, line dies, and transfer dies. We also provide design and build for assembly systems and inspection fixtures.

CadKey, AutoCad, Catia, Mastercam, PowerMill, PowerShape and NX.

Project Management
The Yarema Advanced Quality Planning process enables our highly skilled engineers to control project planning and implementation from project concept to completion for progressive stamping dies and a variety of other production metal forming.
Welding Capabilities
Yarema supports our customers' prototype and production welding needs with expertise in the use of high-tech robotics production welding and assembly applications, including laser, MIG, TIG, projection, and spot welding processes.
Laser Cutting
Our Laser system enhances die build, prototype build and low volume production processes.
