From Prototype to Production

Yarema focuses on production stampings, forming and assembly parts, including welding assemblies, used in various industries and applications. To better control processing, we utilize our in-house tooling capabilities to design and build our tools, dies, and support fixtures used throughout our manufacturing and assembly processes. By internally controlling the design and build of our dies, tools and fixturing, we can better manage the planning and development of processes required to ensure exceptional quality and service for our customers.

Our equipment and expertise allow us to work with most types and thicknesses of material.

We maintain a state-of-the-art quality department, employee training, and proven inspection techniques to ensure compliance to customer requirements. Our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system allows us to communicate daily with customers to accurately track delivery, quality, production, and other job-related issues. Our Just-In-Time (JIT) Delivery enables you to reduce your weekly inventory requirements.

Production Capabilities

Yarema has the capability to manufacture low, medium, and high volumes of fourslide stampings, as well as metal stampings and assemblies, roll-form and fine blanking products.

Welding Capabilities

Yarema offers high-tech robotics production welding and assembly applications including Laser, MIG, TIG, Projection and Spot welding technologies. Prototype and production welding and pilot-body-in-white welding are two more operations we use to take the Total Process Management approach to reduce error, save time, and eliminate waste.
